What is Life Coaching?

  • Life coaching is a process by which we take areas of our lives causing unhappiness and build a strategy in a different way. We don't necessarily discuss problems the way we would in therapy.

What is Mindfulness?

  • Mindfulness is simply the study and observation of thoughts and emotions.

  • Using this strategy helps us develop greater effectiveness and tolerance in any area of life, no matter the circumstances.

  • It tends to our mental health by taking the painful edge off of life's upsets, increasing joy, more easily reducing anxiety, and moving us forward to and living the life we want but but haven't been able to attain.

  • There is no judgement or opinion about what should be. We state what we want. We can state what's imprisoning us from true happiness.

  • We don't use judgmental language to try to force what we want. By using this approach, we can get to what we much much more quickly and for the long term.
