About A Centered Mind
A Centered Mind Life Coaching aims to help us navigate life as happily, joyfully, and peacefully as possible, with as little stress, sadness, and unhappiness as possible.

We will find your strategy for freedom from emotional prison. We can apply mindfulness training to any areas of life we want to improve.

It moves in a different direction from talking about our problems, setting traditional goals, saying affirmations, or employing positive thinking techniques.

The reason being is that all of the self-reflection, positive thinking, goal setting, affirmations, attempted changing of belief systems, law of attraction and manifestation, etc. mean nothing if we cannot access the necessary emotions to be able to apply them.
In fact, trying to force positivity may not only not work, but we may also feel even worse. I will be stressing that a lot in our coaching together.

Mindfulness coaching, unlike traditional talk therapy is different type of roadmap to greater peace. We with work with our emotions as they are; not fighting with them to get rid of or force them as we want them to be.

A Centered Mind Coaching LLC does not support using life coaching as a substitute for therapy if therapy is needed.
Stopping therapy is a choice you make or don't make with the support of a qualifed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.

About Me
My name is Jennifer Mandel. I am a certified life coach based out of New Jersey. I started practicing mindfulness so I could better navigate life. I wanted a sense of continuity and evenness as opposed to constant worry, fear, difficulty fitting in with others, and general insecurity.

I realized coaching would be a good medium because of my ability to help others find their strengths and balance. I'm certified with designations of mindfulness life coach, master spirit life coach, and wellness coach.

I will ask you thought provoking questions, let you guide through the techniques that best work for you, and help you arrive at what works, what needs tweaking, and what doesn't work and should be omitted.

Through my own experiences, I've learned how to use mindfulness to even out temperament, react proportionally to situations, turn overwhelming tasks into easily manageable ones by changing how we input them into our minds.
I will help you distinguish between pain and suffering; what our brains are doing to our minds and vice versa, and how to be freed from the cycle.
I guide using individualized and effective steps, as opposed to traditional goal setting goals that can feel forced, pressured, and be ultimately ineffective. If goal setting was enough, you would probably be less seeking out an alternative modality.

Coaching can apply to many situations in our lives, as well as address a wide variety of emotions.

I look forward to joining you on your wellness journey.
