Signs that Mindfulness Might be Helping

  • You might be feeling less reactive. Level 10 reactions might drop to a level 3 or 4.

  • You might not be ruminating over things as often and with as much intensity.

  • Obsessive thoughts that won't release might be more tolerable.

  • You might not personalize things as much.

  • Anxiety may decrease because you're in a more problem solving mode.

  • You may be naturally moving in a forward direction you were stuck behind before.

  • Your facial expression and body language may look and feel more relaxed.

  • You may not jump to conclusions as much as before.

  • You may feel that you have a support system in mindfulness you can always check in with and build on.

  • You may find you're more comfortable having to wait out a result in an urgent situation.

  • You may be less in fear mode or not fear fear.

  • Tasks that were once overwhelming may seem simple and natural.

  • You might develop a sense of "A Centered Mind."
